MAT CLASSES

  • MAT SCULPT

    A dynamic fusion of Pilates fundamentals and strength training, this class combines core-focused movements with light weights and resistance to tone, sculpt, and lengthen your muscles. Expect a full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling energized and strong.

  • IRONMAT

    Our 50-minute signature Ironmat class is a full-body strength workout using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. Each class consists of 9 exercises completed 4 times with 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, followed by a core workout and stretching.

  • YOGA

    Step onto your mat for a practice that blends strength, balance, and breath. This class is designed to energize the body while creating space of stillness in the mind. Each session weaves together dynamic flows, core and arm strength building, flexibility, and mindful breathwork to leave you feeling grounded yet empowered.

  • SOUND BATH MEDITATION

    During this sound bath meditation, you'll be immersed in soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs. These harmonic sounds help quiet the mind, release tension, and guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. Many participants bring comfort items such as a yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask.
